Select your carrier — DHL Express, FedEx, EMS, K-Packet, or Sea Freight. Real-time rates are shown based on weight and destination. Pay online and we dispatch within 1 business day.

Track your shipment in real time from the dashboard. Import duties may apply in the destination country — these are paid to your local customs authority.
Moving Box (moving boxes)
Relocation ServiceMoving abroad? Send your personal belongings as relocation goods (relocation goods) with reduced customs duties in many destination countries.
Register & Apply for Moving Box Service
Log in to your account and submit a Moving Box request under Forwarding (WRH). Select the number of boxes and confirm that items are for personal relocation (not resale).
Pack & Send Your Boxes
Pack your personal belongings, clothing, books, electronics, and daily items into standard moving boxes. Send them to our Korea warehouse via any domestic courier service.
Inspection & Contents Declaration
Our team inspects each box and documents the contents. You submit a contents list (in English) in your dashboard. Prohibited items are returned at your expense.
Customs Clearance & Shipping
We handle Korean export paperwork. Upon arrival in your destination country, import customs for relocation goods (personal relocation goods) may apply — typically with significant duty exemptions.
Delivery to Your New Home
Your boxes are delivered to your destination address. Tracking is available at every stage. Average delivery: Sea Freight 4–6 weeks, Air Freight 7–10 days.
Moving Box Eligibility & Important Notes
- • Only personal-use items qualify. Commercial goods or resale items are not permitted.
- • All boxes in one shipment must have the same sender and the same recipient.
- • A contents declaration list (English) is required for every moving box shipment.
- • Prohibited items found during inspection will be removed and returned at the sender's cost.
- • Moving boxes cannot be combined with regular parcel shipments in the same consignment.
