Which service is right for you?
We offer three ways to get products to Korea. Pick the one that matches your situation — you can also mix them.
Shop — Proxy Purchase
We buy the Korean product for you and receive it at our Korea warehouse.
Shop is a full proxy-purchase service for Korean stores. You give us the product link and options; we order it using a Korean account and payment method, receive it at our Korea warehouse, and forward it overseas. Use it whenever a Korean mall blocks foreign buyers — Korean card only, Korean phone/ID verification, or domestic-only delivery.
Who it's for
- ✓The Korean mall requires a Korean card, phone number, or identity check
- ✓You want us to order from Coupang, Naver, Gmarket, 11st, or Oliveyoung for you
- ✓You want purchasing, inspection and forwarding handled by one team
Use a different service if…
- ✕If you can buy from the Korean store yourself, use Ship (Forwarding) — it skips the purchasing fee
- ✕Prohibited/restricted goods (e.g. prescription pharmaceuticals, adult products, licensed items) cannot be bought
What you pay
- •Item price + Korean domestic shipping + proxy service fee
- •International shipping (greater of actual or volumetric weight) + options
- •Destination import duty/VAT is the buyer's responsibility
How it works
- 1.Submit a proxy request with the product URL and options (colour, size, quantity)
- 2.We issue a quote: item price + Korean domestic shipping + service fee — you review and pay
- 3.We place the order and receive the item at the Korea warehouse
- 4.We inspect and measure; consolidate with other items if you wish
- 5.Pay the international shipping fee, then we dispatch overseas with a tracking number
How long it takes
Quote is issued quickly; after payment we purchase within 1–2 business days. Total time overseas depends on the seller and carrier.

Pickup
A courier collects your parcel within Korea and brings it to our warehouse.
Pickup schedules a domestic courier to collect a ready parcel — from a seller or your own address in Korea — and deliver it to our warehouse, ready to combine with your international shipment. Use it when you can't arrange domestic delivery to the warehouse yourself.
Who it's for
- ✓A seller has your item ready but you can't arrange domestic delivery
- ✓You want a scheduled door-to-door collection to our Korea hub
Use a different service if…
- ✕If the seller can deliver to your warehouse address, use Ship (Forwarding)
- ✕If you haven't bought the item and can't, use Shop so we purchase it
What you pay
- •Domestic pickup fee based on address, weight and size
- •International forwarding charged separately after the parcel reaches the hub
How it works
- 1.Enter the pickup address, parcel size and preferred date
- 2.Review the pickup fee and confirm
- 3.Pay online — the courier collects the parcel
- 4.The parcel arrives at the Korea warehouse and joins your shipment
How long it takes
Collection is usually arranged within 1–3 business days of booking.

Ship — Forwarding
You buy from a Korean store yourself, ship to your Korea warehouse address, and we forward it to you.
Ship (Forwarding) is the cheapest route for items you can buy yourself. Use the personal Korea warehouse address we issue as the delivery address; we receive, inspect, measure, optionally consolidate, and forward internationally. No purchasing commission — you only pay international shipping and any options.
Who it's for
- ✓You can order from the Korean store directly
- ✓You want the cheapest option — consolidation + international forwarding
- ✓You buy often and want a permanent Korea address
Use a different service if…
- ✕If the store blocks foreign buyers, use Shop (Proxy Purchase)
- ✕If the seller won't deliver at all, use Pickup
What you pay
- •No purchasing commission — you already bought the item
- •International shipping = greater of actual or volumetric weight (estimate in Tools → Shipping Calculator)
- •Destination import duty/VAT is the buyer's responsibility
How it works
- 1.Copy your Korea warehouse address (with member number) from My Page
- 2.Use it as the delivery address at the Korean store's checkout
- 3.Submit a forwarding request with the item details
- 4.We receive, inspect and measure; request consolidation if you wish
- 5.Pay the forwarding fee (actual vs. volumetric weight), then we ship overseas with a tracking number
How long it takes
Storage is free for 7 days from arrival; dispatch is same/next business day after payment (4 PM cutoff).

After registering with SchnellKorea, your personal Korea warehouse address (mailbox) is automatically issued. e.g. OOO Gyoharo, Gyoha-eup, Paju-si, Gyeonggi — SchnellKorea [SN123456] Your address is issued instantly on sign-up and viewable in My Page.
Choose Your Purchase Method
Forwarding: Buy directly from a Korean online store → ship to your warehouse address Proxy buying: For stores that don't accept foreign cards or don't ship internationally → SchnellKorea purchases on your behalf
Confirm Warehouse Arrival
You'll receive an email/SMS notification when your item arrives at the warehouse Check real-time status in My Page → My Shipments → Arrivals Item photos available on request (paid service)
Consolidation & Repacking

Important Notes
- •Warehouse storage: free for 7 days from arrival (storage fees apply after)
- •Shipping cutoff: 4 PM daily (requests after this time processed next business day)
