Shipping to Turkey – requirements

When shipping to Turkey, it is mandatory to include the receiver's Tax ID/TC Kimlik number. This requirement applies to both individual and business receivers. Additionally, Turkish customs now require English content declarations of shipments. All content descriptions must be written in English. For sample shipments sent to companies in Turkey (not for sale), the purpose of the shipment should be selected as Sample Purposes (reason for export should be stated as Sample Purpose on the invoice).
