A. Yes, we can purchase from most Korean and European online stores. Korean stores ship worldwide; European stores ship to Korea. Some sites with age verification or subscription-only checkout may have restrictions.
Q. What is the service fee?
A. The service fee is a percentage of the order value: the larger the order, the lower the rate, and each band has a minimum fee. Q. What if the item is out of stock or the price changes?
A. If the item becomes unavailable or the price changes before purchase, we'll notify you immediately and offer cancellation or alternatives.
