How do I pack my boxes?▾

Use sturdy double-walled boxes. Fill empty spaces with packing paper or bubble wrap. Label each box clearly with contents and your name/address.

Is pickup included?▾

Yes — home pickup is included in the moving box price. Schedule your pickup date during the request process.

Do I need to handle customs?▾

We provide all standard customs documentation. For high-value items (over €1,000), additional documents may be required.

Can I ship furniture or appliances?▾

Small furniture (lamps, shelves) can sometimes be included. Large furniture requires our dedicated Furniture Shipping service.
