Sign up for a free SchnellKorea account. Once registered, you'll receive your personal Korean warehouse address. This is the address you'll use for all your Korean online purchases.
Step 2: Set Up Coupang
Navigate to Coupang.com and create an account. You may need a Korean phone number for verification β some members use services like KoreaSIM for a virtual Korean number. Select your SchnellKorea warehouse address as the delivery address.
Step 3: Shop and Check Out
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your SchnellKorea warehouse address exactly as provided, including your member ID in the recipient name field (e.g., "John Smith SKR-00123").
Step 4: Track Your Package
Once your order ships from Coupang, you'll receive a domestic tracking number. Coupang typically delivers to our warehouse within 1β3 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your package arrives.
Step 5: Submit a Forwarding Request
Log into your SchnellKorea account, navigate to Forwarding, and submit a new forwarding request. Select the packages you want to ship, choose your carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS), and confirm your international delivery address.
