We offer three ways to get products to Korea. Pick the one that matches your situation โ you can also mix them.
Shop โ Proxy Purchase
We become your buyer in Europe: you choose it, we purchase it, inspect it, and forward it to Korea.
Shop is a full proxy-purchase service. You browse European products (or paste a product link), and our team places the order using our own European cards and address. The seller ships to our EU warehouse, we check the parcel, and then send it on to your address in Korea. It removes every barrier that normally stops overseas buyers โ foreign cards being declined, German-only checkouts, sellers who only deliver inside the EU, or shops that ask for a local phone number.

- โProhibited/restricted goods (weapons, live plants/animals, hazardous batteries beyond limits) cannot be bought
What you pay
- โข1st payment = product price + EU domestic shipping + purchasing commission (10%, minimum โฌ5)
- โข2nd payment = international shipping (greater of actual or volumetric weight) + any options you chose
- โขKorea import duty & VAT are the buyer's responsibility and shown as an estimate before you pay
- โขOptional: basic/detailed inspection, repacking, fragile handling, shipment insurance
How it works
- 1.Find the product โ search on our site or paste the product URL on the home page โ and add it to your cart
- 2.Open the cart and press Checkout. We create the order and show a clear breakdown of the proxy purchase fee
- 3.Pay the 1st payment (๊ตฌ๋งค๋ํ๋น): item price + EU domestic shipping + our purchasing commission. Pay by card, PayPal, or your deposit balance
- 4.We place the real order with the seller and track it until it reaches our EU warehouse
- 5.On arrival we inspect and measure the parcel and notify you. You can add options (photo inspection, extra padding, insurance)
- 6.Pay the 2nd payment (international shipping) based on the measured weight/volume, then we dispatch to Korea
- 7.Follow the tracking number to Korea customs and final delivery in My Page
How long it takes
Quote is instant. After the 1st payment we usually purchase within 1โ2 business days; total time to Korea is typically 1โ2 weeks depending on the seller and carrier.
Tips
- โAdd the exact option/variant (colour, size, model) in the request so we buy the right one
- โCombining several Shop orders into one international shipment lowers your 2nd payment

Pickup
A courier collects a parcel from any address in Europe and delivers it to our warehouse.
Pickup arranges a door-to-door courier (through Eurosender) to collect a ready parcel from a seller or your own European address and bring it to our hub. Use it when the item already exists in Europe but there is no shipping to our warehouse โ for example a private seller, a marketplace deal that is local-pickup only, or a bulky item the seller won't post. You enter the parcel size and pickup address, see live courier prices, and book online.
Who it's for
- โYou bought from a private seller or marketplace that only offers local pickup
- โA seller has your item packed but doesn't offer shipping to our address
- โYou need a scheduled door-to-door collection anywhere in Europe to our hub
- โYou have items at your own EU address to send to the warehouse
Use a different service ifโฆ
- โIf the seller can post the parcel to our warehouse address, use Ship (Forwarding) โ usually cheaper
- โIf you haven't bought the item yet and can't buy it, use Shop so we purchase it first
What you pay
- โขCourier fee is quoted live from the pickup address, weight and dimensions (larger/heavier = more)
- โขAfter the parcel reaches our hub, international forwarding to Korea is charged separately (weight/volume)
- โขOptional insurance can be added at booking
How it works
- 1.Open Pickup, choose the pickup country and enter the parcel's weight and dimensions
- 2.Review the live courier quotes (carrier, price, transit time) and select one
- 3.Enter the exact pickup address, contact person, and a preferred pickup date/time window
- 4.Pay online by card or PayPal to confirm the booking
- 5.The courier collects the parcel and delivers it to our EU warehouse, where it joins your Korea shipment
How long it takes
Quotes are live. Collection is usually 1โ3 business days after booking depending on the country and chosen service; the courier's transit time is shown on each quote.
Tips
- โMeasure the largest box accurately โ under-declaring size/weight can cause a surcharge
- โHave the parcel packed and labelled before the pickup window
- โGive the courier a phone number that will answer on the pickup day

Ship โ Forwarding
You buy it yourself, ship it to your personal EU hub address, and we forward it to Korea.
Ship (Forwarding) is the lowest-cost route. When you can buy directly from a European store, you use the personal EU warehouse address we give you as the delivery address. We receive your parcel, inspect and measure it, optionally combine several parcels into one box, and forward everything to Korea. Because you do the buying, there is no purchasing commission โ you only pay international shipping (and any options).

How it works
- 1.Open My Page and copy your personal EU warehouse address (includes your member number)
- 2.Use that address as the delivery address when you check out on any EU store
- 3.Submit a forwarding request on our site so we can match the incoming parcel to your account
- 4.We receive, inspect and measure the parcel; you can request consolidation or repacking
- 5.Pay the forwarding fee (greater of actual or volumetric weight), then we ship to your Korea address with a tracking number
How long it takes
Storage is free for 7 days from arrival. Once you pay, dispatch is same/next business day (4 PM cutoff); Korea delivery typically 3โ7 days by air depending on carrier.
Tips
- โAlways include your member number in the address or the parcel may be delayed on intake
- โWait for several parcels, then consolidate โ one combined box can cut shipping by up to 40%
- โRemove bulky retail packaging with repacking to lower volumetric weight
