Your Germany warehouse address is issued automatically the moment you complete registration. You can use it immediately as the delivery address for any German or EU online store. Find it in My Page β My Mailbox.
AccountDo I need to be based in Korea to use SchnellEurope?
No. You can register and use the service from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a recipient address in Korea for the final delivery.
AccountCan I register a corporate / business account?
Yes. Submit your business registration documents during sign-up. Corporate accounts receive volume-based discounts and a dedicated operations contact.
AccountWhat is the warehouse storage fee?
Free storage for 7 days from arrival at the Germany warehouse. After that: β¬1.00 per box per day. You will receive an email reminder before the free period ends.
AccountHow do I change my account details or password?
Go to My Page β Profile to update your name, email, or phone number. To reset a forgotten password, use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page β a reset link is sent to your registered email.
How to UseCan Amazon.de, Zalando, or ASOS deliver directly to the Germany warehouse?
Yes. Enter your Germany warehouse address as the delivery address on any EU online store. The full address including your personal mailbox code (e.g. Lager [SE123456]) must be included so our team can match the parcel to your account.
How to UseWhat warehouse services are available after my parcel arrives?
Available services include: Photo Service (Standard: USD 1.50 for 3β4 exterior photos; Premium: USD 4.00 with item count verification, detail shots, or weight confirmation), Parcel Consolidation (combine multiple parcels into one export box), and Repacking (remove bulky original packaging to reduce volumetric weight).
How to UseWhat items cannot be received at the Germany warehouse?
Cannot be accepted: narcotics and controlled substances, weapons, explosives, obscene material, live animals and plants, CITES-protected wildlife products, and counterfeit goods. Items classified as dangerous goods under IATA (including certain batteries and chemicals) require prior approval.
How to UseWhat are the main precautions when using the forwarding service?
1. Declare the full and accurate purchase price on every customs form. 2. Use English item descriptions β vague names like 'gift' or 'goods' cause clearance delays. 3. Check Korea's prohibited items list before ordering. 4. Declare all items in the package including free gifts and samples.
Shipping & PaymentHow long does shipping from Germany to Korea take?
DHL Express: 3β5 business days / Air Standard: 7β14 days / Sea Freight: 25β40 days (currently extended to 38β45 days due to the Middle East rerouting situation). Check real-time carrier availability at the time of your shipment request.
Shipping & PaymentHow is the shipping fee calculated?
Fees are based on whichever is greater: actual weight or volumetric weight (L Γ W Γ H cm Γ· 6,000). Get a real-time quote on the shipping request screen. Example: approx. EUR 25β35 for 1 kg via DHL Express GermanyβKorea.
Shipping & PaymentCan I consolidate multiple EU orders into one Korea-bound shipment?
Yes. Once your parcels arrive at the Germany warehouse, request consolidation via My Page β My Shipments. Combining multiple packages into one box significantly reduces international shipping costs.
Shipping & PaymentCan I ship items with batteries from Germany to Korea?
Factory-installed batteries in devices (phones, laptops) are generally permitted. Spare or loose lithium batteries face IATA watt-hour restrictions for air freight β items over 160 Wh cannot be sent by air and must use sea freight. Contact support before shipping battery-heavy items.
Shipping & PaymentWhat is the deposit balance and how do I use it?
The deposit balance is a prepaid wallet you can top up and use for shipping fees. It avoids exchange rate fluctuations on card payments. Minimum top-up: EUR 10. Unused balances can be withdrawn on request.
Shipping & PaymentCan I deliver to any address in Korea?
Yes β delivery is available to any Korean address including residential, office, or convenience store pickup. Remote island or highland locations may incur an additional domestic delivery surcharge.
Korea CustomsWhat is Korea's duty-free import threshold?
Personal use items up to USD 800 (approx. KRW 1.1 million) are duty-free. Above USD 800, item-specific customs duty and 10% VAT apply. Agricultural, marine, and livestock products have separate lower thresholds. Failing to self-declare excess amounts incurs a 40% surcharge on first offence.
Korea CustomsCan I send German ham, sausage, or salami to Korea?
No. Korean customs fully prohibits all meat and meat-derived products from entering the country, including ham, sausage, salami, prosciutto, and canned meat products. Items are confiscated and destroyed on detection. Do not attempt to pack these items.
Korea CustomsCan I send German cheese or dairy products to Korea?
Dairy products including cheese, butter, and cream are generally prohibited from entering Korea. Small personal quantities may occasionally pass at customs discretion, but shipments containing dairy can be detained and destroyed. We recommend not shipping these.
Korea CustomsCan I send German beer or wine to Korea?
Alcohol up to 2 L total and USD 400 total value is duty-free for personal use. Above these limits, liquor tax and customs duty apply. One to two standard bottles of wine or beer is typically within the personal import allowance.
Korea CustomsCan I send a luxury handbag or watch to Korea?
Yes. Items over USD 800 are subject to customs duty (typically 8%) + 10% VAT. Keep your original purchase receipt β customs may request it to verify authenticity and declared value. Branded items without receipts risk being treated as counterfeit.
Korea CustomsCan I send CBD oil or cannabis-derived products to Korea?
No. CBD oil and all cannabis-derived products are fully illegal in Korea and cannot be imported under any circumstances. Attempting to ship these can result in criminal investigation.
Korea CustomsWhat is combined taxation and how do I avoid issues?
Korean customs may combine the values of multiple shipments from the same sender arriving within a short period (typically the same week) and apply duty on the combined total. Splitting orders into smaller parcels does not reliably avoid this. Always declare accurate values on every shipment.
DispatchHow do I track my Germany-to-Korea shipment?
After dispatch, your tracking number appears in My Page β My Shipments. For DHL Express, use dhl.com. For air general or sea freight, tracking updates are provided at key milestones (departure, customs clearance, delivery). Korea-side domestic tracking is provided once the parcel passes customs.
DispatchHow do I update the recipient address after submitting a shipment request?
You can update the Korea delivery address in My Page β My Shipments before the daily cutoff (4 PM). After dispatch, contact the carrier directly β DHL Express allows address corrections for an additional fee.
DispatchMy parcel arrived at the Germany warehouse but is not showing in my account.
Warehouse intake is logged within 1 business day. If 2 business days have passed and the parcel is not showing, contact support with the EU domestic tracking number from the store. Always include your mailbox code when shipping to ensure correct routing.
Damage & LossMy item arrived in Korea damaged. What should I do?
Take photos of the outer box and the damaged item before fully unpacking. Submit a damage claim within 7 days of receipt via My Page β My Shipments β 'Report Damage'. Retain all packaging β the carrier or insurer may request it for inspection.
Damage & LossWhat does optional shipping insurance cover?
Insurance covers loss and physical damage up to the declared item value. Always declare the full purchase price β items declared below actual value receive proportional compensation only. Insurance must be selected before dispatch and cannot be added retroactively.
Returns & OtherHow do I return an EU-purchased item to the original store?
Before dispatch from Germany: request a hold via My Page, then contact support to arrange return to the EU seller. Most EU stores offer a 14-day return right under EU consumer law β initiate returns quickly to stay within the window. After international dispatch, return costs are your responsibility.
Returns & OtherWhat if I can't navigate a German store's checkout or payment?
Use SchnellEurope's proxy buying service. Submit the product URL with your chosen options (colour, size) and we purchase on your behalf. Fee: 10% of the item price (minimum EUR 5). Shipping is charged separately at the time of Korea-bound dispatch.
Returns & OtherMy parcel arrived with items missing or the wrong product.
Contact customer support immediately with photos of what was received, the original order details, and the packing slip. We will investigate with the EU seller and domestic courier, and assist with a replacement or compensation claim.
Shipping & PaymentHow is volumetric weight calculated at the Germany center?
Germany uses the air-freight divisor of 6,000. Formula: Length(cm) Γ Width(cm) Γ Height(cm) Γ· 6,000 = volumetric weight (kg). The higher of actual vs volumetric is charged, rounded up to the next 0.5 kg. Example: 40 Γ 30 Γ 20 = 24,000 cmΒ³ Γ· 6,000 = 4.0 kg. Preview the result at Tools β Shipping Calculator.
Shipping & PaymentWhere can I see the Germany center rate table?
The Tools β Shipping Calculator page includes the full Germany β Korea air rate table from 0.5 kg to 50 kg, with Standard and Premium member pricing columns. Premium member discounts are applied automatically based on your grade.
Korea CustomsWhat is the difference between List Clearance and General Import?
List Clearance applies when the total item value is EUR 150 or less β it is a simplified clearance with 0% duty and 0% VAT. General Import applies when the total exceeds EUR 150 β a licensed broker files an import declaration with Korea Customs, and customs duty (0β13% by HS code) plus 10% VAT are charged. Note: above the β¬150 threshold, tax applies to the entire value, not only the excess.
Korea CustomsWhich items are never eligible for List Clearance?
Regardless of value, the following are always treated as General Import: health supplements, vitamins, cosmetics, food items (noodles, snacks, coffee, tea, seasonings), traditional medicines, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, tobacco, and alcohol. If these are consolidated with ordinary items, the ENTIRE box is reclassified as General Import β so separate shipments are recommended.
Korea CustomsHow do I get a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC)?
Apply free of charge at Korea Customs UNI-PASS (unipass.customs.go.kr) or via the 'Mobile Customs' smartphone app. Format: P + 12 digits (e.g. P123456789012). Korean mobile phone verification is required. A PCCC is mandatory for General Import clearance.
How to UseWhat inspection services does the Germany center offer?
Basic Inspection (free) β quantity check + exterior damage check. Detailed Inspection (β¬1/item) β photos of contents + detailed check. Unbox Inspection (β¬2/item) β full inspection after opening, useful for high-value items and clothing/shoe size verification. Choose your preferred level when submitting a shipping request.
How to UseHow much are storage fees at the Germany center?
Free storage for 7 days from arrival at the Germany warehouse. After that: β¬1.00 per box per day. You will receive an email reminder before the free period ends.
How to UseHow much can I save by consolidating shipments?
Consolidating multiple trackings into a single box can save up to 40% compared with shipping them separately. The first tracking is free; each additional tracking is β¬1. Combined with the repacking service (volumetric optimisation), volumetric weight can also be reduced further.
Shipping & PaymentCan I ship electronics with batteries from Germany to Korea?
Factory-installed lithium batteries in devices (laptops, smartphones, cameras) can travel by air. Loose/spare lithium batteries over 160 Wh cannot be shipped by air β contact support before shipping. Drone batteries and power banks are shippable but must be declared.
Shipping & PaymentWhat is the Germany center address?
ITNL GmbH (Schnellkorea), Am Holzweg 28-34, 65830 Kriftel, Germany. Located near Frankfurt Airport, this address works for Amazon.de, Zalando, and any German/EU online store. Always include the company name (ITNL GmbH) and your personal mailbox code (e.g. SE123456) in the delivery address.
Returns & OtherWhere can I see the full fee schedule?
Go to Tools β Service Fees. This page lists all Germany-center fees by category: inspection, storage, consolidation, customs handling, return processing, and more.
Membership & PointsWhat are the membership grades and what do they give me?
There are 5 grades based on your cumulative number of completed shipments: Standard (1β100), Bronze (101β1,000), Silver (1,001β5,000), Gold (5,001β10,000), and Diamond (10,001+). Higher grades give a larger shipping discount (up to 10%), a lower proxy-purchase fee (5% down to 3%), and higher point earning (1% up to 5%), plus a one-time upgrade coupon at each new grade. See Support β Membership for the full table.
Membership & PointsIs there a paid or premium membership?
No. Every grade is free and assigned automatically from your cumulative shipment count β there is no subscription fee. You move up simply by shipping with us.
Membership & PointsDo membership grades ever reset or expire?
No. Grades are based on your lifetime cumulative completed shipments and never reset. Once you reach a grade you keep it; the count only goes up over time. Cancelled orders and refunds are not counted, and a consolidated box counts as one shipment.
Membership & PointsHow do I earn and use points?
You earn points on every completed shipment at your grade rate (1% Standard up to 5% Diamond), plus referral points when someone you referred ships. Redeem points at checkout toward shipping and service fees in My Page β Points. Points are used against fees, not withdrawn as cash.
Membership & PointsHow does the referral program work?
Share your personal referral link from My Page β Referral. When a member who signed up through your link completes a paid shipment, you earn referral points at your current grade rate (1β5%). There is no limit on how many people you can refer.
How to UseWhat is the proxy-buying service and how much does it cost?
If you cannot complete a German/EU store's checkout or payment, submit the product URL with your options (colour, size) and we buy it for you. The proxy fee is charged on the item price + EU domestic shipping, starting at 5% for Standard members and dropping to 3% at Diamond (minimum β¬5 per order). We quote first β you approve and pay before we purchase anything.
How to UseWhat happens if the item's price changes or it sells out after I request proxy buying?
We never purchase without your approval. If the price rises or the item is out of stock when we go to buy, we re-quote and wait for your confirmation, or refund the paid amount to your deposit balance. You are only charged for what is actually purchased.
Shipping & PaymentWhat payment methods can I use, and is there a card surcharge?
You can pay by credit/debit card, PayPal, or your prepaid deposit balance. There is no payment-method surcharge β all methods are the same price (a small settlement handling percentage applies equally to every method). Using your deposit balance avoids card exchange-rate fluctuations and earns 1% back as deposit credit.
Shipping & PaymentCan I get my remaining deposit balance refunded?
Yes. Your deposit balance never expires, and any unused amount can be withdrawn on request from My Page β Deposit (minimum top-up β¬10). Withdrawals are returned to your original payment method after identity verification.
Korea CustomsHow many supplements or vitamins can clear Korean customs, and what happens to the excess?
For personal use, supplements and vitamins that are eligible for clearance can be imported up to 6 units in total, regardless of volume. Units above 6 cannot clear and must be discarded (or returned). If excess units are detected, customs asks for them to be discarded and a disposal fee may be charged. If you have already sent more than 6, tell Support which items to discard; once the disposal procedure and any fee are settled, the rest of your shipment moves on. Check quantities before ordering and avoid putting more than 6 units of the same product in one box.
Korea CustomsHow much powdered milk can clear customs?
Powdered milk clears customs only up to 5 kg per person (by arrival date). Above 5 kg the entire quantity is refused, so keep the net weight at or below 5 kg when you buy.
Korea CustomsCan I send perfume?
Perfume is classed as a flammable dangerous good and is restricted for air freight, so please check with Support before ordering. For customs, perfume totalling 60 ml or less (regardless of the number of bottles) can use List Clearance. Above 60 ml it becomes General Import, and customs duty (about 6.5%) plus VAT and other taxes apply.
Korea CustomsCan I order two or more of the same electronic model?
Radio-certification (KC) is waived for only one unit of the same model per person. This covers smartphones, tablets, cameras, laptops, routers, Bluetooth earbuds and similar devices, and only one unit per entry can clear. To receive two or more of the same model you must discard the extra units or obtain and submit the radio-certification documents required under Korea's Radio Waves Act. Putting two or more of the same smartphone in one waybill also counts. For battery-powered devices, see the battery FAQ for air-freight rules.
Korea CustomsCan medical devices clear customs?
Even medical devices imported for personal use need a 'requirement exemption approval' before they can clear. Please ask Korea Customs whether your product is subject to approval before you order it.
Korea CustomsCan EU-made goods get the FTA preferential duty rate?
The KoreaβEU FTA rate applies only when the goods originate in the EU (a European brand is not enough β the manufacturing origin must be in the EU) and you hold an origin-proving invoice. The invoice needs (1) the origin declaration wording published by Korea Customs, (2) the country of origin, and (3) the seller's handwritten signature, and the goods themselves must be marked with their origin. For consignments under EUR 6,000 the origin declaration on the invoice is enough; above that an approved-exporter code is required. Physical stores rarely issue such invoices to private customers, so it is usually not possible. If you need the FTA rate, contact Support before you order.
Korea CustomsHow do I pay customs duty and VAT?
If duty and VAT apply, the customs broker calculates the amount and contacts you by phone or text message. You pay the broker directly, not Schnell. Options: (1) pay by credit card on Cardrotax (cardrotax.or.kr), (2) internet banking > Public bills > National tax/Customs > Customs duty, or (3) a direct transfer to the broker's account.
Korea CustomsWhy do customs fines happen? Can I use short item names?
Fines usually come from two things: (1) wrong item names β shortening them to 'shirts' or 'shoes', or writing a name that does not match the goods; (2) under-valuation β declaring less than the real purchase price to reduce duty. Use the full product name exactly as the store shows it (brand and model included). Item details can be hard to change after the parcel arrives, so check them before you submit.
Korea CustomsI paid with a gift card, credit or store points. What value do I declare?
Gift cards, store credit and points are not discounts, whether you bought or were given them. Only the store's official promotions and discounts count as discounts; in every other case declare the item's selling price. Customs can check whether the declared value matches what you actually paid.
Korea CustomsWhat if my PCCC details do not match the recipient details?
Clearance is treated as being filed under different details from the recipient's, so it stalls and is delayed. Since 2026 Korea Customs also checks the delivery address (full address) and postal code in addition to name and phone number, and for English names it checks the PCCC holder's English name. Enter the recipient details on your shipping request exactly as registered on your PCCC. If the parcel goes to a family member's or friend's address, add that address in advance on the Korea Customs PCCC lookup screen (up to 20 addresses). See the notice 'Stricter PCCC verification' for details.
Korea CustomsWhere can I check customs clearance progress?
Open the shipment detail in My Page β My Shipments. For more detail, look up the waybill (HB/L) number on Korea Customs UNI-PASS (unipass.customs.go.kr). The Korean domestic tracking number only becomes searchable after clearance, once the parcel is handed to the domestic courier, so use the customs information on UNI-PASS until then.
How to UseWhich import method should I choose on the shipping request?
β’ Bought from an online store for personal use: choose 'Personal (e-commerce)'. β’ Moving back to Korea after living in Germany for 3 months or more: you can choose 'Moving goods' (clearance fee EUR 30, charged once). β’ Importing to sell in Korea: choose 'Business clearance' (clearance fee EUR 30). Some items need a requirement-approval certificate, and checking the requirements before import is the applicant's responsibility.
How to UseHow do I list samples or free items on the request?
Put [Sample] in front of the item name. Even if the price is unknown, you must enter a value you judge reasonable or at least USD 1, the minimum customs declaration value.
How to UseCan I send items I have already used to Korea?
Yes. Korean customs only accepts import declarations as e-commerce (direct purchase) or moving goods, so fill in every field of the shipping request. If you are returning to Korea after living in Germany for 3 months or more, choose the 'Moving goods' method.
How to UseCan I ship a suitcase?
Yes. Shipping it unpacked can damage the suitcase, so packing is recommended. If you cannot pack it yourself, ask Support about the Special Safe Packaging service. Suitcases often exceed 20 kg in volumetric weight, which can raise the shipping fee considerably.
How to UseThe store split one order into several tracking numbers.
Add one box per tracking number on your shipping request and match each item to the tracking number it ships under. If different orders arrived mixed in a single box, contact Support.
Shipping & PaymentI think my shipping fee was calculated wrongly.
If you believe the weight was measured incorrectly, do not open the box. Send Support a photo of the weighed box and a photo of the label. Differences within the measurement tolerance (0.5 kg) are not corrected. The same product can weigh differently depending on the box size and how it is packed.
Returns & OtherCan I refuse a parcel that is being delivered to the Germany warehouse?
Carriers deliver dozens to hundreds of boxes a day, so picking out and refusing one specific box is not possible. Request a return after the parcel has been received instead.
