SchnellEurope packaging
Pack Europe-origin parcels for Germany intake and Korea delivery
This guide is for parcels that enter the Germany warehouse before heading to Korea. Good packing has to survive domestic EU delivery, warehouse intake, and the final Korea-bound export leg.
Packing standard
The packing standard for SchnellEurope intake
Europe-origin orders often combine parcels from multiple brands and marketplaces before Korea dispatch. That makes clear labeling, moisture protection, and stronger outer cartons more important than relying on the original retail packaging alone.
Step 01
Use an export-safe outer carton
Choose a shipping box that can survive both the EU courier leg and later international export handling.
Retail shoeboxes or brand packaging should go inside a stronger outer carton whenever possible.
Step 02
Protect moisture-sensitive and fragile goods
Separate cosmetics, leather goods, books, and electronics so one damaged item does not affect the entire shipment.
Use waterproof inner bags for liquids and paper goods, especially in mixed parcels.
Step 03
Label the parcel with the Germany mailbox code
The warehouse needs a clean mailbox identifier to register the incoming parcel correctly before Korea dispatch.
Remove old labels and avoid overlapping barcode stickers that can confuse intake scanning.
Step 04
Match parcel contents to the shipment request
The intake notes, declaration, and visible product mix should all tell the same story.
If you split one order into several cartons, record each box clearly in the request.
Special handling
Items that most often need reinforced packing
Glass fragrance and beauty products
Use leak protection, inner pouches, and enough padding so breakage does not contaminate the full parcel.
Designer fashion and leather goods
Prevent abrasion and moisture damage by wrapping each item separately before combining them in one carton.
Electronics and mixed accessories
Cables, chargers, and small accessories should be bagged or boxed individually so intake checks stay accurate.
Checklist
Common intake problems in the Germany hub
- Mailbox code missing from the parcel label.
- Retail cartons used without a protective outer box.
- Liquids packed next to apparel or paper goods without isolation.
- One shipment request covering boxes with mismatched contents.
