Even for personal-use orders, the items below either fail to clear or switch to General Import (duty and VAT apply) once they exceed the limits. Please check before you order. Limits can change with the rules of Korea Customs, the MFDS and other agencies.
β’ Supplements, vitamins β for eligible products, up to 6 units in total regardless of volume. Units above that cannot clear and must be discarded (or returned). Do not put more than 6 units of the same product in one box.
β’ Milk powder β up to 5 kg per person by arrival date. Above that, the entire quantity is refused.
β’ Perfume β 60 ml or less in total (regardless of the number of bottles) can use List Clearance. Above that it becomes General Import with duty (about 6.5%) and VAT. Perfume is restricted for air freight, so ask Support whether it can be accepted before ordering.
β’ Electronics of the same model β radio-certification (KC) is waived for 1 unit per person (smartphones, tablets, cameras, laptops, routers, Bluetooth earbuds and so on). Two or more units must be discarded or supported by radio-certification documents; two or more of the same smartphone in one waybill also counts.
β’ Medical devices β even for personal use a 'requirement exemption approval' is needed. Check with Korea Customs before you order.
